The Bill Of Rights 1-10
The Bill of Rights are the first 10 Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, and guarantee the liberties and freedoms that people have living under a government of that Constitution. The people, and their respective states, would not ratify the Constitution in 1783 unless this Bill of Rights were added, or amended, to the Constitution.
